Pasture Walk and Cheese Tasting at Woodlawn Creamery Pawlet, VT
Explore Vermont’s Mettawee Valley on a two-mile self-guided farm walk, meeting Woodlawn Creamery’s Holstein herd and sampling artisanal cheeses - Alpine, Emerson, Southwind, Oxbow, and Pawlet - at scenic rest points. Learn about sustainable farming and enjoy a Vermont gift bag. Dress for walking and all weather.

Sip, Savor & Stroll: An Arts Center Experience
Enjoy an artful afternoon at the Southern Vermont Arts Center with a guided lunch and exhibition experience hosted in partnership with curATE Caf?. The experience begins at 11:30 AM with a welcome glass of wine or sparkling wine and a brief tour of the Sculpture Garden after which guests will gather for a thoughtfully prepared three-course lunch, each course expertly paired with curated wines. Following lunch attendees will enjoy a special preview of the new exhibit in Yester House, offering an inspiring look at works decades in the making.

The Vermont Alpine Aperitif Experience, a guided three-course tasting & pairing event that explores the intersection of alpine culture and Vermont craft beverage makers. An elevated, European-inspired tasting hour that explores how Vermont Vermouth, Cider, and Craft Spirits come together in a refined aperitif-style experience. This event combines storytelling, technique, and flavor — from botanical vermouth and orchard-driven cider to warming spirits and refined cocktail pours.

Join us at Barnstead Inn for an intimate dining experience curated by renowned Chef Amy Chamberlain. This thoughtfully crafted four-course prix fixe menu highlights the very best local ingredients, sourced from nearby farms, cheesemakers, and breweries, with a beverage pairing included with each course. Select featured purveyors will be on-site to share their stories and speak about the ingredients that make each dish unique.

From First Course to Final Sip: A Dorset Dining Journey
Guests are invited to a progressive four-course wine pairing dinner hosted across two iconic local venues. The evening begins at Barrows House, where guests will enjoy an amuse-bouche, a soup or salad course, and a seasonal entrée, each thoughtfully paired with wine. The experience then continues at the historic Dorset Inn for a decadent dessert course and after-dinner aperitifs.
